Hege plays a pivotal role in shaping Advania’s operations across Northern Europe. She chairs all country boards within the group and works closely with local leadership teams to maximize synergies and strategic alignment. Her expertise in change management, culture-building, and branding has helped strengthen Advania’s position as one of the region’s leading IT service providers. 

Before joining Advania, Hege held executive positions at Microsoft, Geodata, and Crayon, followed by four years as CEO of Visolit Norway. After Advania acquired Visolit in 2021, she was appointed Group Deputy CEO and soon after took on the role of Group CEO. Throughout her career, she has also served on numerous boards in both the private and public sectors, further reinforcing her ability to drive business transformation at scale. 

With a background in business education from the Norwegian Business School (BI) and advanced studies in strategic change (INSEAD) and resilience thinking (Stockholm Resilience Centre), Hege combines a strong commercial mindset with a passion for sustainable, intelligent IT solutions. Her leadership ensures that Advania remains a high-performing company and a forward-thinking partner that confidently helps customers navigate an evolving digital landscape.

Henrik Schibler oversees Advania’s financial strategy, ensuring a solid foundation for growth and long-term value creation. With over two decades of experience in financial leadership, he has worked across private equity, publicly listed companies, and infrastructure, bringing a well-rounded perspective to managing Advania’s financial health.

Known for his sharp analytical skills and deep financial expertise, Henrik has a keen ability to break down complex numbers and translate them into clear, strategic decisions. His structured approach to financial management ensures that Advania remains agile and resilient in a dynamic market.

Before joining Advania, Henrik held CFO roles at GlobalConnect, EVRY ASA, and ISS, where he played a crucial role in financial transformation and operational efficiency. He also serves as a Value Accelerator Operating Advisor at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, further strengthening his expertise in finance and strategy.

At Advania, Henrik is key in optimizing financial structures to support the company’s expansion. Most recently, he led a successful €375 million loan repricing, securing improved terms and additional capital to support future growth. His focus on financial resilience, efficient capital allocation, and strategic investment ensures that Advania remains well-positioned in an evolving market.

Henrik Foyn-Laukvik leads Advania’s acquisition arm with a proven track record of identifying, evaluating, executing and integrating businesses that strengthen the group’s capabilities. With a background from management consulting and M&A advisory, he brings analytical precision and a clear long-term vision to Advania’s growth journey.

Henrik has since 2017 managed all transactions for the group and been instrumental in scaling Advania through a balanced strategy of organic growth and carefully selected acquisitions that align with the company’s values. Each year, Advania screens over 150 acquisition opportunities, focusing on talent, cultural fit, and long-term strategic impact.

Henrik’s leadership has contributed to Advania’s expansion into three new markets and the successful integration of multiple companies, helping to enhance service offerings and strengthen market presence. His methodical and results-driven approach ensures that acquisitions fuel sustainable growth and deliver long-term value.

Before joining Advania, Henrik held senior roles at Mercell Group and Bryan, Garnier & Co, and started his career as a management consultant at Accenture. His ability to blend sharp financial insight with strategic thinking and cultural awareness has made him a key player in Advania’s continued growth as Europe’s largest privately held IT services provider.

Ægir Þórisson plays a key role in shaping Advania’s culture and talent strategy across multiple countries and markets. With over a decade of leadership experience at Advania, including nearly ten years as CEO of Advania Iceland, he brings deep expertise in organizational development, strategic planning, and talent management.

His industrial and organizational psychology background, combined with hands-on HR leadership, enables him to build high-performing teams and foster a workplace where people and technology thrive together. As Chief People Officer since 2025, Ægir oversees HR strategy for a workforce of more than 5,500 employees in nine countries, supporting Advania’s rapid growth with a strong, inclusive, and collaborative culture.

Ægir is a board member at the Iceland Chamber of Commerce and the Icelandic sustainability center Festa. His governance experience and commitment to responsible leadership complement his focus on developing talent and creating a workplace where innovation and customer orientation are at the core.

Tomas Wanselius heads Advania Sweden with a strong focus on customer relationships, sustainable digitalization, and building a vibrant corporate culture. With over 30 years of IT industry experience and over 25 years in C-level positions, he brings deep expertise in business leadership, growth strategy, and organizational development.

Under Tomas's leadership, Advania Sweden has strengthened its market position, combining customer-focused solutions with a dynamic and inclusive workplace. His approach emphasizes long-term partnerships and supporting customers in achieving their business goals through smart, effective use of technology. Known for building engaged teams and championing a culture where business success and employee well-being go hand in hand, Tomas has helped strengthen Advania Sweden’s market position.

Before joining Advania, Tomas held senior leadership roles including CEO of Caperio AB, CEO of OBH Nordica AB, and CEO of Portal AB, where he consistently drove growth and innovation. His early career also includes serving as COO at Atea Sverige AB, giving him broad experience in scaling large IT organizations. In addition to his executive roles, Tomas has served on various boards for more than 16 years, contributing his insights on business development and strategic growth.

Siv Hjellegjerde Martinsen steers Advania Norway with more than 20 years of leadership experience from complex organizations in the financial sector. Her career is marked by driving strategic change, building strong teams, having a customer-centric mindset, and consistently delivering strong business results across complex organizations.

Siv’s leadership is defined by openness, trust, and accountability, with clear goals and continuous feedback at its core. Since joining Advania in 2024, she has worked to sharpen the company’s presence in Norway, using her extensive experience to deliver customer and people-first strategies and enable long-term growth through technology.

Before joining Advania, Siv held key leadership roles at Intrum, where she headed the Northern Europe region, and at Danske Bank and Danica Pension. Across these positions, she has demonstrated the ability to lead large teams, deliver complex projects, and drive significant business growth in highly competitive environments.

With a strong commercial mindset and a leadership philosophy grounded in integrity, energy, and empowerment, Siv continues to build on Advania Norway’s strengths. Guiding Advania Iceland, Hildur Einarsdóttir draws on a rich innovation, strategy, and international business development background. With a career spanning over 16 years at Embla Medical (formerly Össur), most recently as Executive Vice President of Research & Development, Hildur has a strong track record of leading complex, global teams and driving growth through technology and customer focus.

Hildur’s leadership at Advania is centered on customer centricity, clear communication, and a focus on translating innovation into practical solutions. Her experience in strategy, marketing, product development, and operations — combined with a passion for empowering teams — makes her well-suited to guide Advania Iceland’s next chapter.

In addition to her executive roles, Hildur serves on the Science and Innovation Council for the Prime Minister’s Office in Iceland and the Industrial Advisory Board of Imperial College London, reflecting her ongoing contribution to innovation at national and international levels.

Hildur holds a degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Iceland, a master’s degree in biomedical engineering from Imperial College London, and has completed an executive education program at Harvard Business School. Her leadership philosophy emphasizes collaboration and creating sustainable value — positioning Advania Iceland to help customers harness technology for growth, security, and innovation.

Janne Ahonen leads Advania Finland with a passion for technology, people, and progress. With a background in finance and over two decades of experience in IT consulting and executive leadership, Janne brings deep knowledge in digital transformation, operational strategy, and organizational growth. His broad international experience and track record of delivering results make him a strong fit for Advania’s people-first and customer-centric approach.

Before joining Advania in 2025, Janne served in multiple executive roles across leading organizations, including Accenture, EY, Atos, and HiQ. He has managed teams and programs across seven countries and led business units of up to 300 employees. As Managing Director of HiQ Finland, he spearheaded a successful turnaround during a challenging period for the IT sector, delivering both growth and improved profitability. At Atos, he drove cultural transformation and led operations across the Nordic and Baltic markets.

Janne is known for his positive energy, high ambition, and approachable leadership style. His ability to bring people together, build trust quickly, and drive change makes him a strong cultural fit for Advania. He has been praised for his inclusive approach and focus on creating engaged, high-performing teams.

As CEO of Advania Finland, Janne is committed to growing the business while deepening its role as a trusted partner in digital transformation. His leadership is grounded in strategic vision, financial acumen, and a genuine belief in the power of people and technology to create long-term value.

Siggi Thorsteinsson oversees Advania Denmark’s growth and development, applying his deep expertise in managed services and customer-centric solutions. With nearly 20 years of experience in the IT industry and a strong leadership background, he brings broad expertise in cloud solutions, business strategy, and building strong customer relationships.

His leadership philosophy is built on trust, collaboration, and empowering teams to deliver exceptional results. Since stepping into the role in Denmark in 2023, he has focused on establishing Advania as a leading IT services provider in the market, driving customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships while aligning with the group’s decentralized model.

Before leading Advania Denmark, Siggi spent nearly a decade in executive roles at Advania Iceland, where he was instrumental in growing the company’s managed services business and strengthening its sales, marketing, and customer experience functions. Earlier in his career, he gained valuable leadership experience in retail and product management, developing skills in leading complex operations and crafting customer-oriented strategies.

With a focus on clear communication, adaptability, and creating a supportive workplace culture, Siggi continues to guide Advania Denmark’s growth, helping clients leverage technology to advance their businesses.

Maarten Kanters is Strategy Director, Growth Initiatives at Advania. Working across the company's markets, he helps identify and develop new growth opportunities while strengthening alignment around Advania's strategic priorities.

His career spans strategy consulting, corporate development, operational leadership, and investment backed growth. Before joining Advania, Maarten held senior positions at ENRX Group and Cambi Invest, where he led initiatives related to business development, services, market expansion, and strategic partnerships across Europe.

Earlier, Maarten spent several years with McKinsey & Company in both the Netherlands and Norway, advising organizations on growth, transformation, and performance improvement. He also worked with strategic initiatives at Yara International.

At Advania, Maarten focuses on turning strategic ambition into practical execution, helping accelerate growth across areas such as artificial intelligence, cyber resilience, and lifecycle services.

Joel Sundström is Strategy Director, Total Lifecycle Management at Advania. He leads the development of one of the company's key growth initiatives, helping customers unlock greater value from their technology investments through more sustainable and circular approaches to IT.

Joel combines a background in engineering, business development, and commercial leadership. Prior to joining Advania, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at the mobility technology company Casi, where he was responsible for commercial strategy and growth. He has also worked with innovation and business development in technology driven organizations.

Earlier in his career, Joel was a management consultant at Accenture, advising Nordic clients on transformation, strategy, and operational improvement. He holds degrees in both Engineering Physics and Business Administration from Uppsala University.

At Advania, Joel works closely with teams across markets to strengthen lifecycle services, helping customers reduce costs, improve sustainability outcomes, and extend the value of their technology assets.

Hrannar Pétursson leads Advania's corporate communications with a strategic focus on stakeholder engagement, investor relations, and brand positioning. With over two decades of experience across private enterprise, government, and media, he brings a rare combination of communication leadership, political insight, and business acumen to the executive team.

Before joining Advania, Hrannar served as Director of Communications and Digital at Kerecis, a medtech innovator, and previously held senior advisory roles to two Icelandic cabinet ministers - the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Minister of Education and Culture - where he led high-stakes communication strategies and public positioning efforts. Earlier in his career, he worked as Managing Director of Communications, Marketing, HR & Legal Affairs at Vodafone Iceland, where he played a key role in shaping brand and stakeholder engagement during a transformative period for the company.

Hrannar also brings extensive board and governance experience, including his role as Vice Chairman of Promote Iceland, as well as deep roots in journalism from his years as a TV journalist and news anchor at RÚV, Iceland's national broadcaster. His background enables him to bridge strategic messaging with operational realities, guiding organizations through growth, change, and increased visibility.
