After conducting the Gallup employee survey for the first time in 2022, Advania Denmark decided to improve the situation and teamed up with an external partner to create a targeted action plan for 2023. Following the plan paid off: the results for 2023 indicate that the effort was successful, with scores increasing by double-digit percentages in all areas. In 2023, Advania Iceland started a project that encouraged customers to reduce their impact by cutting unnecessary printing. There are still many companies that continue to print a lot of information on paper and send it by mail despite the increased digitalisation in Icelandic society. Advania has secured its third major credit rating, now with Moody's assigning a B3 corporate family rating (CFR) with stable outlook. This completes the company's credit assessment process, following recent ratings from S&P Global and Fitch Ratings, and creates a comprehensive financial profile to support Advania's growth strategy.

Advania has successfully completed a €820 million-equivalent refinancing transaction. This strategic move combines syndicated loans and private credit pools, including a €375 million term loan B and pre-placed tranches in sterling (€250 million), Norwegian krone (€100 million), and Swedish krona (€95 million). Additionally, Advania secured a new €210 million senior secured revolving credit facility due in 2030.
