Advania Retains VMware Cloud Service Provider Partner Status

Advania AB, a leading full-service IT provider in Northern Europe, has acquired Beveric, an IT company that provides IT consultation services and document management solutions for private and public sector.

Advania AB, a leading full-service IT provider in the Nordics Europe, has acquired Genia ApS, a hosting specialist in Denmark.

Funds managed by Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division are to acquire a majority of the shares in Advania AB, alongside management, VIA Equity and other reinvesting shareholders. New owners aim to accelerate Advania’s growth both organically and through acquisitions.

Advania, one of the leading IT companies in the Nordic region, is now acquiring Norrland-based Hi5 with 65 employees in Umeå and Luleå. The acquisition gives customers access to more experts and solutions - in more locations - while employees get extended opportunities for development.
